Down Puppy Lane Kennels is located in a beautiful country setting in north-eastern Ohio.  Our dogs are a big part of our life as well as a main object of our attention!  Each puppy is raised in a loving environment, and given room to romp, run, and discover as they develop their own unique characteristics, dispositions, and features.  

    The Goldendoodle breed is a Golden Retriever bred to a Mini-Poodle. They are hypo-allergenic and are known for their light to non-shedding coats!  They share some great characteristics from both breeds.  Their poodle tendencies lend them to be very smart, sharp, and amazingly quick learners.  The Golden Retriever tendencies lend them to be very fun-loving and personable with a natural instinct to please their owners.  

The Labrador Retriever puppies are AKC Registered and are great family dogs!  Labs are known for their ability to retrieve and hunt, truly a sportsmen's best friend.  They are very gentle, loving dogs, eager to please and non-aggressive towards man or animal.  Our Labrador Retrievers have been carefully bred using Labs with outstanding characteristics and features.

    The puppies are raised in an environment that gives them opportunity to interact with children and they are excellent with them.  The children and puppies enjoy happy, playful times together!  They are the perfect family pet as well as a good companion to the elderly.  Our puppies enjoy playing to the fullest, but are very relaxed, gentle, and affectionate when being held.  Each puppy is Vet checked, will have received all of its initial shots, and comes with a health guarantee, should there be any genetic health issues in the future.  We strive to give every future dog owner a very healthy puppy and many years of enjoyment together!  We love our puppies and want them to be loved and cherished in their new homes!
